Homemade Salad Dressing!

I bought this huge Ninja Blender from Walmart so I can have a larger amount of smoothies! Then I was like….wait now I have two. One is much smaller and since my  grandma won’t give me her food processor >.> , I figured I’d use my mini blender to make things like homemade salad dressing!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

-Avocado

-Cherry Tomatoes

-Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Vinaigrette

-Cucumbers

-Ranch

-Avocado oil

STEP ONE: Add avocados to the blender or food processor.

STEP TWO: Add some cherry tomatoes.

STEP THREE: Add cucumbers.  Mine look a little weird because they were frozen. I’ll explain that in another post, haha.

STEP FOUR: Add the avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and ranch ( 2 tablespoons of oil and a tablespoon each of other ingredients) to the mixture.

STEP FIVE: BLEND!!!!!

It will look like the picture above. Not the best picture ever but you know what I mean haha.

Of course Joe, my lovely boyfriend made an awesome kale salad (you guys know I love my kale) and I drizzled the dressing on top, straight from the blender.

STEP 6. Make your salaaaaaaaad! *Insert Spongebob voice*

STEP 7: Add dressing and eat!

Look how pretty it is! See, my food presentation is getting better! I just don’t want my pictures to look too commercial. I want it to look like what it will look like in person, just sometimes my camera likes to troll on me so it ends up looking crazy (Hence pic 5).

ENJOY!
