You guys……this has to be one of THE BEST meals I’ve ever made. It was so perfect. So so so so so so so so perfect. So perfect that I didn’t even know where to place the commas in that last sentence. This is great to bring to a family/friend party. It feeds a lot of people. I’m just going to go straight to it.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-Peppers and onions
-Salt free seasonings
-Red Lobster Cheddar biscuit mix
-Cheddar cheese (for the biscuit mix. Check back of box for directions)
STEP ONE: Make ground turkey with salt free seasoning, olive oil (tablespoon) and garlic. 😀
STEP TWO: Make kale on it’s own by steaming it so it wilts. Then layer it on the aluminum tin while the broccoli, peppers, onions and corn cook together. Then you add the other veggies! Then the ground turkey.
STEP THREE: Make the biscuit mix and pour it on top of everything.
STEP FOUR: Pop in the oven for 425 degrees. I’d say it took around 20 minutes but I would check by sticking a tooth-pick in the biscuit and see if any of it sticks to it. That is the best way to tell.
